Red Gluhwein Carafe

The winter classic par excellence. At a Christmas market in the heart of the city or on the slopes: mulled wine is a wonderful heartwarmer.

Ingredients

cinnamon, freeze dried cranberries (23%), star anise (18%), dried orange, pink pepper, cardamom and cloves (1%)

How to make it?

1. Fill the carafe with wine and sugar, or apple juice. Set aside for 12 hours.
2. Filter through a fine sieve and heat the drink in a pan without boiling.
3. Serve and warm yourself up.
