This sparkling, non-alcoholic mocktail combines the lush sweetness of cherry and raspberry with floral hibiscus and crisp apple. How do you make it?

Fill a heatproof bottle with 500 ml of hot water (80 °C) and add the mix.

Leave to steep for at least 30 minutes, then allow to cool in the refrigerator.

Strain before serving.

To serve: mix 50/50 with sparkling water and enjoy!
