How do you make it?

Fill the bottle with hot water (80 °C).

Leave to steep for at least 30 minutes, then allow to cool in the refrigerator.

Tip: the longer the flowers and fruit infuse, the richer the flavour.

Strain before serving and finish with a splash of sparkling water.
