Coup De Chocolat - Gusta 70%

Gusta is the bar that started it all.

In 2016 we started working with these exceptional cocoa beans. The result: a surprisingly fruity bar that makes it clear that the better chocolate - just like wine - has a broad flavor profile. Ancient cocoa varieties, agroforestry and perfect fermentation became the benchmark from then on.

The cocoa is harvested at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, near the Caribbean coast.
